Once you click that you can name your specific setting and then make sure it s either on only this printer or all printers based off of what you re using then click the ok button. Me come over here to your presets and click down.Īnd then basically you can save current settings as a preset you can see over here that i ve already created a black and white preset.
So what you can do with that is come over here next to your printer and click down excuse. You ll want to save this as a specific setting. You can hit print and your picture or file will print in just black and white now a lot of times. I m going to click this toggle switch next to automatic on the scroll down to black and white as you can see the color options turn to black and white now at this point. You re going to come over here to this toggle switch next to preview click that down and click on image quality as you can see some number of different options pulled up after clicking that what i m going to do is i m going to come over here to the color correction. Number of different options will come up that you can mess around with but again focusing on the black and white option. And you re going to click on the print option.
